Subject: Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity for 3rd Degree Knig Worthy Brothers -

Just a reminder that after this Sunday's 11:00 AM mass is over, we will be holding our exemplification ceremony in church starting at 1:00 PM.  registration for the candidates will start at 12:30 AM.

Beverages and snacks will be served afterwards.  Please stay after mass for the ceremony and meet the newest members of our council. Be sure to have your nametags on. 

For those candidates in the ceremony, dress code is a sport coat, and dress slacks and a nice shirt.  No tie is needed.  If you want to wear a suit and tie, that is optional. Please contact me to confirm you will be there, and how many will be with you to observe the ceremony.

For fellow existing Knights and spouses wanting to observe this ceremony, please let me know if you will be attending.  Your council officers would like to see a big turn-out for thse new Knights.

 In Memorial Mr. George “Chip” Watson Clendaniel age 72 of Locust Rd. Blairsville passed away peacefully on Tuesday October 3, 2023 at his home following an extended illness. Mr. Clendaniel was born on September 13, 1951 in Washington, DC., the son of the late George Watson Clendaniel Jr. and the late Margaret Sable Clendaniel. He was a veteran of the US Navy of the Vietnam War. Chip was very active in his church serving as Alter Server, a member of the Knights of Columbus and started the first blood drive at the church. He was a loving and caring man of God who loved his church and his family dearly. In Memoriam: Walt Scott We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Walter Scott of Hiawassee, Georgia, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Walter Scott to show support. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Scott and Jane Smith Scott; his daughter Jill Sharon Scott; and his sister Janet Bell. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Hokenson Scott of Hiawassee; his children, Jeff Scott of Hiawassee, Jody (Fred Federico) and Jean (Ty Martin); his grandchildren, Tasia (Dan Nabors), William Knapp, Marissa Martin and Harrison Martin; his great grandchildren, Tate, Beau and Jett Nabors; his niece Lori (Ron Matthias); and his nephew Dan Bell.
